Data Deletion Policy

1. Overview

At AdPilot, we believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to remove your account and all associated data from our systems, you can request a data deletion at any time in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and Facebook Platform rules.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data and account, you can use any of the following methods:

In-App Deletion: Log into your AdPilot dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account, and click the "Delete Account" button. Follow the confirmation prompts.
Via Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.

3. What Happens When You Request Deletion

Upon receiving your request:

Your account will be immediately deactivated.
All scheduled social media posts in your outbox will be canceled.
Your personal information, social media tokens, and uploaded media will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.
Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for internal reporting purposes, but it will not be linked to you.

4. Facebook & Instagram Data

If you signed in using Facebook or connected a Facebook/Instagram page, you can also remove AdPilot's access directly from your Facebook settings. Go to your Facebook profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find AdPilot, and click "Remove".
